The Singapore Law Review International Writing Symposium is the first of its kind in Asia. Interested participants are invited to submit an essay on the topic. Shortlisted participants will then be invited to present and defend their papers at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law. Winning entries stand to win attractive prizes both for their writers and the university they represent. The topic will be released before mid-January. Organised by the Singapore Law Review, a student organisation fully managed by students from the NUS Faculty of Law, the competition is an expansion of previous writing competitions. In addition to promoting legal writing and discourse, we hope to bring fellow law undergraduates from around the world to share their unique perspectives on pertinent legal issues.
